Paper boxes are mainly divided into five types based on materials:

  1. Cardboard: Typically uses 250g, 300g, 350g, 400g, and 450g cardboard.

  2. Corrugated Paper: Mostly uses E/F flutes; generally, color boxes have an outer layer of 250g colored paper and an inner layer of corrugated board.

  3. Premium Boxes: Usually made from greyboard, typically using 600g greyboard paper; greyboard can be customized according to customer needs, often using 950g, 1200g, and 1500g packaging, and usually processed with lamination.

  4. Coated Paper: Mainly uses double copper paper with 128g and 157g lamination.

  5. Greyboard: Primarily uses 600g greyboard paper.

  • Duplex Board: One side is white and the other side is grey, which is inexpensive. If it is double-sided duplex board, both sides are white, and the price is higher.
  • Grey Copper Paper: The front side is white and printable, while the back side is grey and non-printable.

  • White Copper Paper: The front side is coated and printable, while the back side is not coated and non-printable.

  • Single Copper Paper: Both sides are coated and printable.

The choice is based on the product's attributes, quality, and positioning.

  • Based on the product's shape and size: Common materials include 280g duplex board, 300g duplex board, 350g duplex board, 260g duplex board laminated with E-flute, and 260g double-sided duplex board laminated with E-flute.

  • Based on the product's quality and positioning: Common materials include duplex board (usually 250g-450g) and coated paper (usually 250g-400g).

  • Folding Box: A common structure formed by folding and gluing a single piece of cardboard. It usually includes a bottom and a lid, which can be opened by flipping or removing the lid.

  • Magnetic Closure Box: Based on the folding box, it includes a magnetic closure device that securely connects the lid to the bottom, making it easier to open and close.

  • Drawer Box: Consists of two pieces of cardboard, with the bottom and lid opening and closing by sliding.

  • Book-Style Box: Similar to a book structure, it can be opened by flipping one or more sides of the cardboard.

  • Cylindrical Body: Formed by rolling a single piece of cardboard into a cylindrical shape, providing the main support and shape.

  • Bottom Lid: Usually made of hard cardboard or plastic, sealing the bottom of the cylinder to ensure contents do not leak.

  • Top Lid: Similar to the bottom lid, can be made of hard cardboard or plastic, sometimes with a sealing function for easy opening and closing.

  • Inner Lining: Sometimes added inside the cylinder for extra protection and moisture resistance.

Of course, based on your product dimensions and your requirements for the packaging structure, our designers can provide you with suggestions to choose from. Once you confirm, our designers will also create a die-cut template for your approval.

We require the design files to be in formats such as TIFF, CDR,JPG, AI, PSD, etc.

For paper packaging, the minimum order quantity for customization is 200 pcs. For cardboard, product brochures, and stickers, the minimum order quantity is 100 pcs. Since the products need to be printed on machines, the costs for labor, waste, and machinery are fixed. Therefore, the smaller the quantity, the higher the unit price."

For small orders, the typical lead time is about one week. If the order quantity exceeds 5000, it will take 12-15 days. For larger quantities, the delivery time will be determined based on the specific quantity. The production cycle is for reference only. During peak seasons, the time may be extended. For stock samples, we can provide them for free, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. For custom samples, we will charge a fee based on your specific requirements.

Our shipping terms are designed to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services, to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination and the size of your order. Under normal circumstances, express delivery takes 3-5 days, air freight takes 7-10 days, and sea freight takes approximately 30-45 days. If there is a backlog, the time will be extended.

If the order amount is less than $1000, we can only accept full payment. For orders between $1000 and $5000, we can accept a 70% deposit, with the remaining balance settled before shipment. For orders over $5000, we can accept a 50% deposit, with the balance settled before shipment.
