Thank you for choosing our cylindrical paper can products. To ensure your rights, we provide the following detailed refund policy:

Refund Conditions:

  • Color Difference: Due to differences in monitor color settings, slight color differences are not eligible for a refund.
  • Material Issues: Products within a size tolerance range of 1-2mm are not eligible for a refund. Products exceeding this tolerance range can be negotiated for a refund or compensation.

Refund Process:

  • Submit Proof of Issue: Please submit proof of product quality issues through our customer service channels.
  • Provide Payment Information: Provide your payment information to our staff.
  • Refund Processing: We promise to complete the refund process within 5 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be returned via your original payment method.
  • Alternative Refund Method: If the original payment method is unavailable, we will negotiate to determine an alternative refund method.

Special Circumstances:

Transportation Damage: If damage is caused by the customer’s designated freight forwarder, please negotiate with the freight company to resolve the issue. If we are responsible for shipping, we will handle negotiations with the freight company upon receiving proof of damage.
